This website is hosted on dedicated cloud servers (Amazon Web Services). When you visit gmbpromotions.com, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information sent by your browser — IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, and the referring URL — in server log files. This data is processed to ensure the technical operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest) and is not merged with any other data source.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and artist bookings are handled entirely by our own servers — no third-party booking widget or script is loaded on this site. The only cookie set is a strictly necessary NEXT_LOCALE cookie that remembers your language choice (English/German); it is exempt from consent under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR as it is required for the site to function and carries no tracking purpose.

Every contact point on this site (Contact page, artist booking CTAs) is a plain mailto: link — clicking it opens your own email client. We do not run a server-side contact form, so no message content is transmitted through or stored by this website itself. Once you send an email to info@/bookings@/events@gmbpromotions.com, standard email processing applies: the message and your email address are processed by us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, to respond to your inquiry) and are retained only as long as needed to handle the correspondence, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Purchases and checkout are handled on a separate site, shop.gmbpromotions.com (WooCommerce), with payments processed by Stripe. That site has its own privacy policy covering order, account, and payment data — please review it there before completing a purchase. This privacy policy covers gmbpromotions.com only.
